NO*Glassrosens Ragdoll is the name we have chosen for our cattery. My name is Berit Huseby, and together with my daughter Cecilie, I hope to build a first class cattery with welltempered, healthy and beautiful cats for petlives. From time to time we also are able to contribute with some welltyped breeding cats for other registered catteries.
Our cattery was approved by FIFe, February 12, 2009. Our application for membership in the FIFe Ragdoll Breed Counsil for 2015 and 2016, are now approved. Our local catclub - in FIFe below NRR - is Adelkatten Catclub.
We are also members in TICA, and Cecilie have our catteryname registered there.
At the moment I have 5 cats living with me. Our neutered former breeding queen CH (N)Firings Rag's Felica, and Glassrosens Hector Barbossa - who is our stud at the moment. Dino has moved in with Cecilie in her apartment in Oslo autumn 2015, as she started her studies at Oslo University. Dino is on a suprelorin chip, and will hopefully be fertile again sometimes during the autumn 2016. The summer of 2016, Dino and Cecilies persian pet, Maki, is living with me here in Fredrikstad. I have 1 young fertile ragdoll females living here at the moment, Mirumkitty Lucrezia. Glassrosens Candy Crush and her kittens have moved to Oslo, and will grow up with Cecilie. In addition I have just picked up Hector's daughter, Kittydolls Gina :) Gina will live with me :)
Our other breeding queens are living normal family/pet lives in hostfamilies, who are their forever homes. When they have had the agreed number of litters the hostfamilies are their new owners. For our cattery this has been a big advantage throughtout the years we have been breeding :)
Our cattery is seated in Fredrikstad, a city in the south east part of Norway, very close to the Swedish border. About 2 1/2 hours drive from Gothenburg, and about 5 hours drive from Copenhagen, Denmark.
